Ingredients: organic whole grain spelt porridge (100%)
Nutritional value per 100 g of dry product: Energy value 1376 kJ/326 kcal
Fat 1.9 g of which saturates 0.3 g Carbohydrates 60 g of which sugars 1.6 g Fiber 5,5 g Protein 12 g Salt 0,01 g
Pour slowly two tablespoons of porridge. Bring to a boil, stirring all the time until a uniform consistency and cook for 2-3 minutes.
