The nutritional and energy value of oats is relatively high – it contains a lot of protein, 3-<> times more good fats than other cereals and B vitamins. Noteworthy is also the highest content of soluble fiber among groats – glucan, regulating bowel function.

Preparation method: Prepare 200ml of water or milk in a cooking vessel.
Slowly pour in two tablespoons of porridge. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until a uniform consistency is obtained and cook for 2-3 minutes.
