It is a delicious porridge with a delicate taste with the addition of the highest quality bourbon vanilla. Millet and spelt together form a very mild composition, and together with vanilla – it’s just the perfect combination! It is a porridge chosen very willingly and liked by both children and adults. 

Millet is from it that millet porridge is made. It is easily digestible, delicate, among all groats it contains the most iron, which is a very important component of the diet and it is worth taking care of its right amount from the beginning of the expansion of the diet and silicon, improving the condition of hair, skin, nails and joints. 

Spelt is an ancient species of wheat, already known in antiquity. The Romans considered it a food that gives strength, which is why it was consumed by gladiators and participants of the games. Currently, there is a fashion for spelt, its products are very popular and numerous medicinal properties are attributed to them. However, it is grown on a small scale, mainly on organic farms. It contains more protein, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals than common wheat. At the same time, it is easily digestible and easily absorbed. Spelled gluten is also better tolerated by our body than wheat gluten. For our porridges we use only the purest varieties of spelt: Schwabenkorn, Frankenkorn and Oberkulmer Rotkorn. 

Bourbon vanilla next to saffron is one of the most expensive spices in the world. Bourbon vanilla is the most noble and at the same time the best species of vanilla. He comes from Madagascar. Its mild aroma enriches the taste of many sweet dishes: puddings, cakes, creams, souffles and, of course, ice cream. The vanilla aroma can be felt in many chocolate and confectionery products, as well as in various types of alcohols, coffees and teas. Aromatic vanilla also has healing properties, stimulates and has a beneficial effect on the digestive system. Bourbon vanilla is a species of creeper from the orchid family. The source of the spice are leguminous bags collected in the phase of incomplete maturity, then subjected to fermentation and drying (as a result of which they take on a dark brown color). In this way, the so-called vanilla pods are created.
